We\u2019ll be cooking and learning together, creating simple, cost-effective and waste-reducing recipes, whilst also looking at how to read food labels and manage sugar intake. These workshops are designed to be interactive and adaptable. Tandemmm promotes a message of universal health, focusing on nutrition for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve already taken part in Marie\u2019s nutrition workshop, this is your chance to test your knowledge whilst having some fun. If you\u2019ve never heard of nutrition concepts before, this is your chance to find out more in a friendly atmosphere, followed by a lovely meal together.
