It is aimed at the entire population.<\/p><p>Its work is based on a holistic approach to health, taking into account not only its physical aspects but also its psychological and social dimensions.<\/p><p>It forms part of a health promotion approach and incorporates preventive care.<\/p><p>The health centre draws on a culture of community participation to foster critical awareness amongst citizens regarding the factors that hinder their health.<\/p><p>She works in partnership with the local network.<\/p><p>At the Couleurs Sant\u00e9 Medical Centre, a range of professions are represented:<\/p><ul><li>Welcoming<\/li><li>Doctor<\/li><li>Physiotherapist<\/li><li>Nurse<\/li><li>Psychologist<\/li><li>Osteopath<\/li><li>Community Health Project Officer\u00a0<\/li><li>Manager\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-2305d9a ); color: var( --e-global-color-652295a ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-2305d9a ); color: var( --e-global-color-652295a ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">These professions form the core team of a health centre. Sometimes other professionals are also involved, such as psychologists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, and so on.<\/span><\/p><p>They are organised with an interdisciplinary perspective and approach within a \u00abstructured\u00bb team. Rather than multidisciplinarity, which simply places several disciplines side by side, interdisciplinarity aims to share knowledge across different disciplines and foster interaction between them.<\/p><p>An interdisciplinary approach will enable us to respond more effectively to patients\u2019 needs and requests, and to take into account the full context of their experiences.<\/p><p>An electronic medical record is kept up to date for each patient.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1852\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1852\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"far fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">WHAT IS A PACKAGE DEAL?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1852\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1852\"><p>Fixed-fee medical centres operate on a <strong>alternative financing<\/strong>. Patients no longer pay the healthcare provider directly; it is the <strong>mutual insurance <\/strong>which pays <strong>monthly <\/strong>one <strong>a fixed lump sum paid to the Medical Centre <\/strong>to cover the cost of treatment.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Amounts received by the Medical Centre:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>As of 1 February 2026, the non-profit organisation Maison M\u00e9dicale Couleurs Sant\u00e9 receives a flat-rate payment of \u20ac48.67 each month for every patient covered by health insurance.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The package:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>General Practice: \u20ac20.79<\/p><p>Physiotherapy: \u20ac9.54<\/p><p>Nurse: \u20ac18.34<\/p><p><strong><em>To be registered with a medical centre, you must have a DMG.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>The flat-rate system is the result of an agreement between the\u2019<strong>INAMI<\/strong>, all the <strong>mutual insurance companies <\/strong>and some <strong>Health Centres<\/strong>. It was established in <strong>1982 <\/strong>and runs on <strong>capitation<\/strong>, that is to say, per subscriber. The flat-rate amount is <strong>regardless of the number of representatives per profession <\/strong>at the Medical Centre and <strong>regardless of the number of contacts <\/strong>between patients and the Medical Centre. This leads to a <strong>solidarity <\/strong>significant variation among all patients, whether they are <strong>patients <\/strong>or in <strong>good health <\/strong>since it is not the number of times they use the services of the Maison M\u00e9dicale that determines whether they receive money, but rather the <strong>number of registered people <\/strong>It\u2019s the total that counts.<\/p><p>The package may cover <strong>three departments <\/strong>:<\/p><p>\u2022 Care for <strong>general practice <\/strong>;<\/p><p>\u2022 Care for <strong>physiotherapy <\/strong>;<\/p><p>\u2022 Treatment <strong>nurses<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This was following a <strong>contract <\/strong>signed between the <strong>patient<\/strong>, her <strong>mutual insurance <\/strong>and the <strong>Health Centre <\/strong>that the health insurance scheme pays a lump sum <strong>individual <\/strong>per patient. The <strong>contract <\/strong>is also <strong>individual <\/strong>rather than by family, and requires membership <strong>complete <\/strong>\u00bbthe flat-rate services offered by the Maison M\u00e9dicale.\"<\/p><p><strong>You will continue to make payments and receive reimbursements through your health insurance scheme<\/strong>\u00a0for consultations with specialist doctors, for laboratory tests, for the purchase of medicines, for dental treatment or in the event of hospitalisation.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1853\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1853\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"far fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">REGISTRATION WITH THE COULEURS SANT\u00c9 HEALTH CENTRE<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1853\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1853\"><p>To see a doctor at the health centre, <u>You must be registered<\/u>.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To ensure the quality of care, we currently have a waiting list for new patients.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>(For further information, please call reception on: 02 640 59 33)<\/p><p>At your registration appointment, you will sign a contract in duplicate \u2013 one copy for you and one for the health centre \u2013 and a scanned copy of this document will be sent electronically to your health insurance provider.<\/p><p>This contract binds you to the Couleurs Sant\u00e9 Medical Centre in connection with your supplementary health insurance.<\/p><p>Under this contract, the Medical Centre provides general medical care, physiotherapy and nursing care.<\/p><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><h6><strong>The Medical Centre is committed to<\/strong><\/h6><ul><li>to look after you, whenever you need it<\/li><li>to enable you to benefit from preventive healthcare and health promotion initiatives<\/li><li>to create and keep your comprehensive medical record up to date<\/li><\/ul><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><h6><strong>You agree to<\/strong><\/h6><ul><li>to seek treatment only from practitioners at the Maison M\u00e9dicale during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 1.15 pm and 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm)<br \/><h6>(Monday: closed from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm; Thursday: closed from 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm.).<\/h6><h6>In the event of\u2019<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>medical emergency<\/strong> <strong>only<\/strong><\/span> (During the midday break, please call: 0473 87 86 63)<\/h6><\/li><li><u>Please let the Health Centre know when you move house<\/u>\u00a0or if you wish to terminate your contract<\/li><li><p>to be in good standing with their health insurance scheme<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><h6><strong>Your health insurance provider is committed to<\/strong><\/h6><p>to pay a fixed monthly amount to the Medical Centre for general medical care, nursing care and physiotherapy. This amount is set by the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (INAMI).<\/p><p><strong>If you seek medical advice without consulting the Health Centre,<\/strong>\u00a0a GP, a physiotherapist or a nurse <strong>outdoor<\/strong> at the Medical Centre, <strong>you will be responsible for the costs<\/strong>.<em> Neither your health insurance fund nor the Medical Centre will be able to reimburse you.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>If the subscriber seeks treatment from healthcare providers who are not members of the M. M., for treatment covered by the flat-rate package, the costs incurred in this regard \u2013 with the exception of the patient\u2019s contribution, which remains the patient\u2019s responsibility \u2013 will be covered by the M.M. in four cases:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1<\/strong>. If general medical services were provided outside the M.M.\u2019s geographical area, that is to say, outside the municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2<\/strong>. Where, within the M.M.\u2019s area, services are provided by a colleague who is not a member of the M.M., as part of an organised on-call service, if the M.M. does not provide such an on-call service;<\/p><p><strong>3<\/strong>. In the case of services provided by a nurse or physiotherapist who is not employed by the M.M. but with<strong> <u>prior authorisation from the M.M.<\/u><\/strong>;<\/p><p><strong>4<\/strong>. If the M.M. <u><strong>had given their prior consent<\/strong><\/u> so that services can be provided by another healthcare provider.<\/p><p><strong>In all other cases, the costs will be borne by the subscriber; the subscriber\u2019s health insurance fund is unable to reimburse these benefits.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The patient continues to pay and receive reimbursement through their private health insurance<\/strong>\u00a0: for consultations with specialist doctors, for laboratory tests, for the purchase of medicines, for dental treatment or in the event of hospitalisation.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1854\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1854\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"far fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">I'D LIKE TO REGISTER \u2013 WHAT SHOULD I DO?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1854\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1854\"><p><u><strong>In order to maintain a high standard of care, we currently have a waiting list for new registrations.<\/strong><\/u><\/p><p>Please call us on: 02\/ 640 59 33 if you would like to be added to this list.<\/p><p><u><strong>Enrolment requirements:<\/strong><\/u><\/p><p><u><strong>We are only accepting applications from residents of Ixelles (1050).<\/strong><\/u><\/p><p>We must <strong><u>make an appointment<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Call 02 640 59 33 to register.
