Support Group for Family Carers

First cycle of four sessions in small groups.

The Thursdays mornings of 10.00 am à 12.00 on the following dates:

at the Malibran Community Centre

• The relationship with the person you are helping
• Looking after yourself: yes, but how?
• How do you get on with the rest of the family?
• Resources for family carers

This group is organised by the Couleurs Santé Health Centre in collaboration with psybru.be.

It will be facilitated by a community health nurse and a clinical psychologist:
