MANAGEMENT

The managers, working closely with the team and under the responsibility of the Organisational Authority (OA), design and organise the administrative, financial, logistical and personnel management of the medical centre. They advise the team in these areas. They are responsible for ensuring the non-profit organisation complies with its legal obligations. They propose, and where appropriate implement, procedures to improve the management of the association. They work together to ensure that all healthcare services are invoiced in full and on time: flat-rate payments, direct billing, individual procedures, emergency medical care (AMU), workplace accidents, etc. They also manage reimbursements to patients.

The management of the Medical Centre draws on external resources, including a social secretariat, the Federation of Medical Centres, the Brussels Intergroup, and collaboration with managers of other medical centres…

At the Couleurs Santé Medical Centre, there are two of us managing this area.

Generally speaking, managers are responsible for ensuring that management is organised in line with the principles of self-management, the organisation’s mission and the values upheld by the Maison Médicale.

If you are experiencing any administrative difficulties, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the following address gestion@couleurs-sante.be.
