PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Physiotherapy is therapy through movement. .

Whether it’s following a sprain, a fracture, back pain, the fitting of a prosthesis or childbirth, we recommend that you keep moving to get back to an active lifestyle!

A physiotherapist acts as a guide who can help you regain proper mobility, reduce pain and slow the progression of a condition (such as osteoarthritis, for example). Our aim is to help patients regain their independence in their daily lives.

To receive physiotherapy treatment, you must see your GP (or specialist), who will provide you – if necessary – with a medical referral, which will be valid for three months.

We offer discovery walks, a gymnastics class and run aqua aerobics sessions twice a week.

Our aim: to (re)build patients’ confidence and motivate them to (re)gain their physical and mental wellbeing.
