The CPMS provides a supportive and welcoming space, free from judgement and in complete confidence, for pupils and their families.

This is a free service. The psycho-medical-social centres (CPMS) are dedicated to health promotion, prevention, support and referral.

The work carried out by each CPMS is either collective (health committees, activities for classes, meetings with teachers and parents, and the Participation Council) or individual (consultations, psycho-medical-social assessments, and medical examinations).

The department comprises two divisions:

1. Street Worker (EDR): helps with the implementation of group and individual projects, supports people with administrative procedures and refers them to the relevant services for specific matters. We work with people from all walks of life in public spaces across Ixelles.

2. Community sports coordinator (ASP): »We organise activities to encourage the positive use of public spaces.’.
