Change in yoga prices
Dear patient,
From January 2025, in order to ensure the long-term viability of our range of activities at an affordable price, we have decided to adopt a «conscious pricing» system so that everyone can take part in our group activities according to their means.
Rather than charging a fixed price for everyone, we offer three tiered prices: €3, €5 and €8.
This means you can choose the price that best suits your means, whilst enabling us to remain financially viable so that we can continue to offer high-quality activities that are accessible to everyone.
Your health and wellbeing remain our priority, so it is important to us that you choose a price that allows you to take part on a regular basis.
This fee review is essential to cover the increased costs associated with services provided externally by the medical centre: room hire, the purchase and maintenance of equipment, ensuring fair remuneration for the facilitators, etc.
We understand that this change may raise some questions. Our team is on hand to explain this development to you in more detail.

The yoga sessions on offer are tailored to participants’ needs, accessible and supportive, with a focus on breathing, and can be practised either on a chair or on a mat. This will be a weekly yoga class lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yoga is a mind-body practice that works not only on the body through postures, but also on the mind, through breathing, relaxation and concentration. This practice has been shown to have many positive effects on cardiovascular conditions, the management of chronic pain, and issues relating to anxiety and stress.

Who is it for?
The class is open to all patients at the health centre. The session will be led by a qualified instructor and tailored to each participant’s ability.

Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that uses breathing, postural control, concentration and relaxation to achieve physical and mental wellbeing.
